Frequently Asked Questions

· How long will it take for my item(s) to ship?

Once payment is cleared, in stock orders are processed & will ship within two (2) business days. Keep in mind, any order paid with an E-Check (electronic check) will not process until the check has cleared-which can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.

Domestic orders can take up to ten (10) business days to ship.

· How can I intern or work for The Fresher Brand?

· Where are you located?

Our stationary store is located at 208 West 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak, MI 48067. We are in downtown Royal Oak, in between Main St. & Washington St. We are open Sunday-Saturday.

· I live in Detroit and don’t want to pay for shipping. Can I order online and pickup in store?

Absolutely! We encourage all of our customers to order online and select LOCAL PICKUP during checkout to reserve their items and pickup in store. An ID and order number are required to pick up online orders.

· How can I model for The Fresher Brand?

· When will The Fresher Brand restock an item that’s sold out?

Some of our exclusive items will NOT restock once they are sold! You can find restock information in the description box of the desired product or email info@thefresherbrand.com with questions.

· Do you ship out of the country?

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

· What is the cost for shipping?

Unless indicated otherwise, shipping is generated per order via UPS or USPS. All orders will generate a tracking number sent by email or SMS. A customer can check shipping costs once an order is in their cart.
